Return and Refund Policy

BranSand Inspirations only accepts returns up to 15 days after delivery date. The customer is responsible for shipping fees if the item needs to be returned. If you need to return damaged merchandise, please see your damage policy below.

The Return Process

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any other additional fees associated with the return. To  return an item, please send an email to [email protected] explaining the reason for your return

At BranSand Inspirations we work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 15 days from the delivery date for a full refund, an exchange, or store credit. Delivery date will be the date the item was delivered. Delivery dates will be confirmed via the tracking number.

To make a return:

  • Items must be [unopened/unused/unworn]
  • Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items. We also cannot accept returns of:

  • Any customized sublimated item (mugs, coasters, t-shirts, pillows, etc)

To return a product, please send an email to [email protected] notifying us of the return. Then you will be instructed to send the product back to the physical address given, along with proof of purchase and your details. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, along with a restocking fee of $5. Restocking fee will be subtracted from your refund amount.

Damage Policy

BranSand Inspirations regrets if you have received any damaged products and will make every effort to correct this. Please report any damages promptly on receipt of the shipment. Things we need to know:

  • Was the packaging visibly damaged? If so, please describe the damage. Examples of types of damages include punctures, crushing, or visible stress from being dropped.
  • If you ordered multiple items, please indicate which item(s) are damaged.
  • It is very helpful if you can include pictures of the damaged merchandise, including any damaged packaging.

We will process your damage request within 3-7 business days. Typically, we will give you a credit for reported damages. Depending on the nature of the damage, we may instruct you to return the damaged product to us.

Detailed Terms on Damages:

  • All damages must be reported within 15 days of actual purchase date.
  • Only one damage claim per invoice will be accepted.
  • Damaged products must be packaged in their original packaging to prevent further damage during return shipment.
  • Credits are issued once returns are received. Credits are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
  • Credits are automatically applied to current or future invoices as appropriate.
  • Credits unused for 12 months will automatically expire in our system.
  • BranSand Inspirations reserves the right to monitor customer activity for abuse and may at any time waive its damage policy if returns from a specific customer or delivery address exceed a pre-determined threshold.
